Delivery Charges

Orders above £99.00 are carriage free.

UK mainland £6.50 - carriage will be charged on orders below £99.00.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, isle Of Man and Channel Isles carriage charge £14.99.

Orders for delivery to mainland Europe and the rest of the world will be contacted within 3-7 days.

Delivery Schedule

Items in stock will be despatched within 3-7 working days.

Back Orders

If any item is out of stock, we will contact you to advise expected delivery times. If the length of time is unacceptable, the order may be cancelled or amended at your discretion.

Products

Products confirm the EN and British Standards.

Dimensions, wattages and colour finishes are given as a guide only to asist the customer and therefore do not constitute a legally binding contract.

Returns Policy

To return goods please contact customer services on 0121 733 2323 or email www.solihulllighting.co.uk.

All products carry a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee. The fixture can not have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with lamps. Any damages must be reported within 48 hours. Damaged goods will be collected by our carrier at our expense. Any items to be returned due to unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer by registered means.

Any goods collected by Solihull Lighting due to unsuitability have a collection charge of £14.99.

Faulty Goods

Any damages, faults or shortages must be notified within 7 days of receipt. Solihull Lighting will not be liable for any costs incurred due to faulty goods or shortages such as electricians fees.

Tax

VAT of 15% is included on all prices shown on this website in line wiith current UK legislation.
