UK Non mainland included the Scottish Highlands, Islands off Shore. Carriage for delivery to these areas starts from £9.95 and will be quoted at time of check out. Please note, delivery to these areas may take longer than the usual 1-3 working days.
Items in stock will be delivered within 3-7 working days. Any made to order products have a lead time of 10-14 days approximately, we will contact you if this applies to any item on your order. Orders are sent via DPD on a 24 hour service. If a current e mail or mobile phone number is provided with your online order DPD will contact you with your consignment number and tracking information. Deliveries will only be made Monday – Friday. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.
If any items are out of stock we will contact you to advise expected delivery times. If the length of time is unacceptable the order may be cancelled or amended at your discretion.
All products confirm the EU and British Standards. Dimensions, wattages, colours and finishes are given as a guide only to assist the customer and therefore do not constitute a legally binding contract.
RETURNS AND FAULTS POLICY
All products carry a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee.
The fixture cannot have been installed or modified in any way and must be returned in its original packaging complete with lamps.
Any damages must be reported within 48 hours.
Damaged goods will be collected by our carrier at our expense.
Any items to be returned due to unsuitability must be returned at the expense of the customer by registered means.
Please retain your proof of postage.
REPORTING A RETURN

Once authorisation has been given by our customer service team the goods can be returned.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
All goods must be returned packaged in an outer box not just in the product box.
Any items returned in just the product box will not be refunded.
Once goods have been received back to our warehouse they will be inspected and examined.
If a fault is found a refund will be issued within 14 days via the same payment method used to purchase the goods.
