Isabelle hosts a mixture of different crystal cuts and shapes. The outer ring features the strands of square shaped crystal and the very centre drop holds a clear crystal sphere. The most unique crystal pieces on this ceiling light are the icicles around the middle of the fitting which hang visibly beneath the squares. These crystals, mimicing water icicles, are a clever choice for the Isabelle ceiling light as the IP44 rating makes it suitable for bathroom use.

For UK Mainland orders under £99.00, delivery costs £6.95. Orders over £99.00 qualify for free delivery. For Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man & Isle of Wight, delivery costs £24.95.
Delivery Schedule
Stocked items are delivered within 3-7 working days. Made-to-order products may have a lead time of 10-14 days. We deliver via DPD 24-hour service, Monday – Friday, and require a delivery address where someone can sign for the parcel. If items are out of stock, we'll contact you with estimated delivery times, and you may amend or cancel the order if preferred.

Returns and Faults Policy

Return Process
To initiate a return, complete the returns form (download link). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an outer box. Any items returned without proper packaging will not be refunded. Following receipt and inspection of the goods, refunds will be issued within 14 days for any faults found.
Note: Damaged goods will be collected at our expense. Unsuitable items must be returned at customer's expense. Please retain proof of postage.
